There is not a lot that can be said about this property, it was a rubbish filled shell.  It had been broken into multiple times, used as a drug den, the wiring stripped, the kitchen destroyed… it was simply just a mess.  Foster Estates are currently clearing the property prior to a full renovation, new roof, rewire, new kitchen, new carpets and full replaster, reglaze and redecorate.  It is a challenge!
